"They have a ton of cash, and there are individuals that fair take advantage of them and make cash off them and drain them. 

"Here's somebody with a clear and well-documented opioid compulsion. He's on meds to attempt to bargain with that enslavement, and he's exceptionally open approximately it. And, you know, there are individuals who are charging him thousands and thousands of dollars for ketamine and taking advantage of that habit. It's truly sad."In content messages uncovered in the prosecutions, Plasencia purportedly composed to Chavez, "I ponder how much this dolt will pay" and "Lets discover out." Both Plasencia and Chavez were restorative specialists authorized to hone in the state of California, agreeing to the prosecution.
